I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fabulous, right overlooking Eyre Square with a great view. The rooms were clean and tidy, though quite standard. The staff was very friendly and professional, especially a shout out to Tom in the breakfast room. The dining experience was pleasant overall, but could be of better quality.

The rooms were a little hot with no hot water at times, and the back wing was noisy and grubby compared to the main hotel.
